Where: "HotLine" works in areas where the temperature drops below freezing for a period longer than 24 hours at a time.

How: "HotLine" provides a heating element that is encased in a copper or plastic tube that delivers heat directly to the water or sewer line. It comes with a power on indicator light. You plug in "HotLine" in the fall and unplug it in the spring; when the weather gets warm enough.
